Urbanisation Font Nova

The urbanisation Font Nova is situated in the area with more residential extension, at 3 km from the urban centre and at 4 km from the beach of Peñiscola

The Sierra of Irta is one of the last virgin area of the Mediterranean with a lot of creeks of stone, shingle and sand, the nearest is at only 5/6 minuts by foot so a pleasant walk in the nature.
It measures 28 km long and 8 km large, it goes from Peñiscola to Alcocebre (south of Peñiscola).
Inside of the park, we can find vegetation, fauna, cliffs, watchman towers (like the Badum Tower), castles (like the castle of Santa Magdalena and of Alcala de Chivert), creeks and beachs of virgin sand (like Playa del
Pebret and Playa del Russo), perfect to have some tranquility.

The urbanisation disposes of covered and opened swimming-pool, tennis court, sauna, supermarket, restaurant....
Clear waters perfect to practise nautics sports like underwater swimming etc.
A lot of activities are offered to the visitants like underwater swimming, walk by foot, by 4x4, by quads or motos or by horse etc

Living in the south area of Peñiscola has his advantages : you can enjoy the nature and the tranquility and you have the centre of Peñiscola at only 10 minuts with all his activities: old castle, night's walk, stait streets
with little shops...

New urbanistic projects like a golfcourt with 18 holes, new roads and the creation of a sports harbour with 900 fastenings will give to the area a bigger appeal.
